Eligibility

Who we’re looking for

Essential requirements

  • Recognised degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or related field
  • Professional registration / licensure in your country
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Fluency in at least one language relevant to our client base
  • Reliable internet connection for video sessions

  • Cultural competence with diverse Muslim communities
  • Commitment to Lumosouls’ code of conduct and confidentiality protocols
  • Willingness to receive ongoing support and supervision
  • Agreement to use Lumosouls’ Zoom account exclusively for sessions
