Why can’t I choose my own therapist?
Our matching model ensures you’re seen by the right specialist, not just the most
visible one. It also protects our therapists’ privacy and prevents clients from
bypassing the platform to contact them directly – which keeps everyone safer.
How long does matching take?
Most clients are matched within 24–48 hours. If you’ve indicated urgency in your
form, we prioritise your request accordingly.
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. Your intake information is shared only with the specific therapist assigned
to you, and our internal admin team. It is never sold, shared with third parties,

What if I’m not happy with my matched therapist?
Contact us after your session and we will arrange a re-match. We want every
Lumosouls experience to be a good one, and we’ll work with you to find the right fit.
Do I need to be Muslim to use Lumosouls?
Lumosouls is faith-centered and all our specialists are grounded in Islamic values.
While most of our clients are Muslim, we welcome anyone who is seeking support from
